Prima Assicurazioni, the insurtech company that leverages technology to revolutionise customer-insurer relations, has appointed Massimo Della Ragione as Chairman of the Board of Directors and Nicola Falcinelli and Emanuele Solidoro as new Board members.

These three professionals, each with a strong international profile, bring to the Board their recognised expertise in banking, insurance and finance.

Massimo Della Ragione, previously Co-Head of the Italian business of Goldman Sachs, is currently the Vice-Chairman of Intrum and sits on the board of Juventus Football Club. He also lectures on the Investment Banking course at Bocconi University and coordinates the Digital Tech area at Bocconi 4 Innovation (B4I).

Nicola Falcinelli is a Managing Director at Carlyle and member of the boards of Unifrutti International and Pro-Gest SpA. His previous positions included serving as the Managing Director of Oz Management and as an Associate of the Investment Banking division of JPMorgan Chase Bank.

Emanuele Solidoro is a specialist investor in the tech world. He currently leads the Neurone investment group and sits on the boards of several ICT companies, including Rimac Group, Biocentis and Impossible Brands. In the past, he was a Vice President in the Investment Banking division of Goldman Sachs.
