Core competencies
Core competencies reflect Prima’s values and strategy. Think data literacy, communication & collaboration, strategy & impact and execution. These are the core skills needed for us to create value for our customers, and our people.
Shared competencies
Shared competencies support interaction and collaboration between teams within the same department, and are a useful go-to if you’re looking to switch teams.
Specialist competencies
Specialist competencies are learning pathways that drive role-specific knowledge, for Prima people in specialised roles.
Digital learning
You’ll have access to over 200,000 on-demand courses in multiple languages at your fingertips. Across all roles, functions and experiences, there’ll be courses to drive your growth, depending on the competencies you need.
Learning to be leaders
For our leaders, we provide a structured approach to managerial upskilling. You’ll cover things like: coaching your team, managing performance, communicating as a leader and inclusive leadership.
Unlocking language skills
As a global team, it’s important that our people feel confident communicating with colleagues, customers and partners from all over the world. To help remove the barriers language can present, we offer language courses in Italian, English and Spanish to help with communication across cultures. They’re flexible courses, and can be personalised depending on your skills, with mother tongue instructors and full-time access to an online learning platform.
