Here’s everything you need to know about the application process.
Step one
Getting to know our talent acquisition partnerIt’s time to start meeting some of our team. We’ll tell you all about Prima and how we work. Come ready to tell us all about what you would bring to the team: your passions, your experiences, your skill sets.
Step two
Sharpening your skillsYou’ll meet with one or more members of our technical team to showcase your expertise, explain your thought process and demonstrate how you approach technical challenges.
Step three
Challenging your knowledgeAfter getting your hands on a technical task that’s related to your role, you’ll get to showcase your hands on skills and problem solving abilities in a more practical context.
Step four
Meeting the leadersThis is a time to meet with your line manager. You’ll chat about things like your soft skills, your approach, our company culture and values. Come with any questions around our management philosophy, team dynamics or organisational structure, or anything else that’s on your mind.
Step five
How can Prima accelerate your career?An exciting part of the journey! For some roles, you’ll meet with someone on the Executive team, or Head of the Domain. This conversation will help you understand how Prima can accelerate your career — focusing on leadership abilities, strategic thinking and your potential to drive positive change within the organisation.
