Prima, the insurtech company, is set to host Manuel Paìs at its next Prima Tech Community evening. The DevOps expert and co-author of Team Topologies will arrive in Italy for the event, which takes place on Tuesday 22nd October at DAZI MILANO, Piazza Sempione 1.

Paìs provides strategic consultancy to companies wanting to improve their tech team structure and workflow while growing sustainably. His innovative approach to engineering culture has reshaped how organisations balance team productivity and well-being. Thanks to his deep knowledge of DevOps, Agile and Lean practices, Paìs will discuss practical ways to scale up businesses without sacrificing quality.

The event is part of the Prima Tech Community series, hosted by the insurtech and open to the public.
