As an intern in the People & Culture Partner team of Prima, you will take care of:
- Advisory and business partnering: assist the relevant People & Culture Partner in providing effective advice and support in a timely and proactive manner to key business stakeholders / senior management
- Project management: assist the relevant People & Culture Partner in delivering projects and drive progress towards business goals. You may occasionally drive and own small projects or part of wider projects, in alignment with the guidelines of your direct supervisor.
- Policy implementation: assist the relevant People & Culture Partner in engaging and coordinating with key stakeholders on data collection and policy implementation. You may be requested to run data collection and analysis in order to support conversations with stakeholders and/or challenge existing policies and procedures, in alignment with the guidelines of your direct supervisor.
You are the ideal candidate or applicant if you meet the following requirements:
- Previous experience in People/HR teams or roles related to People/HR functions, including internships and voluntary activities.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a master degree and/or professional course in Human Resources, Labour Law, Business Administration, Work/Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in Human Resources, People & Leadership Development, Organizational Development and Employee Relations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to positively manage stakeholders relations and influence/challenge decisions with data.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, without compromising quality outcome, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of using Excel/Google Sheet and proficiency in working and analyzing complex data-set.Solid problem-solving skills and critical thinking. - Good proficiency in both English and Italian language (spoken and written) is considered a must.
- Basic knowledge of Italian employment legislation and its practical application, preferably in a digital and/or insurance / banking environment will be considered as a strong plus Basic knowledge of either the CCNL Commercio or CCNL ANIA will be considered as a strong plus.
