Meet the orchestrators of our global symphony. The Global Portfolio Management team doesn't just manage complexity; they turn it into an efficient, proactive system. Empowering every country to swiftly spot improvement opportunities, they play a vital role in crafting and executing the Pricing and Underwriting strategy. Step into the heartbeat of our global enterprise!

As Data Scientist, some of your activities will be:

Define and support the implementation in each country of the key tools to understand how the business is growing, for example, conversion, retention, emerging profitability. The monitoring tools need to be consistent at a global level and at the same time able to adapt to the different stage of evolution of each country.

Support the countries in planning the pricing and UW strategy and consequent follow up.

Develop a strong critical spirit and creativity that can act as an engine for Prima's growth.

Learn avidly with the support of experienced colleagues and grow quickly, assuming more responsibilities within the team.

Are you the ideal candidate for this exciting role? Here's what we're looking for:

Impressive academic achievements in Mathematics, Computer science, Physics, Statistics, Mathematical Engineering, Actuarial Science or equivalent STEM.

Excellent logical and analytical acumen.

Good Python programming skills and use of GIT.

Excellent English level, oral & written.

You have a sincere and life-guiding cooperative mindset, with a natural tendency to challenge constructively the status quo.

In addition to the basic requirements, we will carefully evaluate these characteristics as a plus:

You have previous work experience in similar roles.

Knowledge of Spark, SQL or any other data-oriented programming language and proficiency with standard data wrangling and modeling libraries (Pandas, Sklearn. Keras, XGBboost, LightGBM, etc.).

Knowledge of BI tools (Tableau or similar).
