We seek an eager-to-learn and detail-oriented Product Manager to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the next big phase of Prima's growth. After becoming the online motor insurance leader in Italy, Prima is now expanding globally, with successful launches in the UK and Spain. We are in an exciting phase of further diversifying and expanding our product offerings and we need a new Product Manager to help us achieve our ambitious goals.
This is a special one, since in this role, you will actively contribute to the creation of a new domain, closely working with your Product Leader in the discovery, development, and execution of this brand-new product vision and strategy. In short, our mission is to centralize all the critical Prima’s customers' information into one single touchpoint from which all the other domains can get what they need to execute and fulfill their strategy when it comes to identifying customers and related operations.
You will:: Partner with product leaders and senior product managers across the organization to define the domain boundaries, product strategy, roadmap, and identify development opportunities. Actively contribute to the creation of a new cross-functional team that will shape the future of this new domain. Support the entire product development lifecycle from Discovery to Delivery to achieve the target outcome. Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders on large-scale initiatives to achieve common outcomes
at least 3 years of experience as product manager of software products working in a cross-functional team lean approach to solving complex business problems great verbal, and written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate technically and strategically complex concepts to all audiences at all levels a pragmatic approach, the ability to thrive under the pressure of hitting targets able to work independently in ambiguous situations intrapreneurial and performance-orientated a good understanding/awareness of data modeling and data implications when defining products A good understanding of backend-side software technologies.
Fluency in either Italian or Spanish Knowledge of the insurance sector or other regulated industries
