 We are looking for a talented and motivated Data Analyst to help us build world class tech solutions to better serve our customers. As a Senior Data Analyst in our UK Claims Team, you'll use data-driven insights to identify gaps in our claims procedures and to come up with new ideas to improve our operations. You will be the first Data Analyst dedicated to the Claims Team so you will have the opportunity to build the BI architecture and will have a big say on how we should be conducting our claim operations.
Your responsibilities will include::
  • Analysing the performance of our claim operations using a variety of tools such as SQL, Tableau, Google Sheets and Python.
  • Crafting insightful Tableau dashboards for monitoring purposes.
  • Assisting senior management with quantitative analyses to analyse claim handling performance.
  • Liaising with analysts from other departments to deliver complex data projects.
  • Our ideal candidate will possess::
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in data analytics.
  • Good SQL skills.
  • Knowledge of Tableau or other similar data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Looker or QuickSight.
  • The ability to manage projects in an autonomous manner.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor degree.
  • Desirable attributes::
  • Python or similar object oriented programming language skills.
  • Master’'s degree or equivalent in STEM.
