Reporting directly to the Head of People & Culture, UK, the People Admin Specialist will serve as the primary point of contact for all UK People-related inquiries. This pivotal role ensures smooth day-to-day operations within the People & Culture team, supporting our commitment to a positive employee experience and efficient administrative processes.

What you'll be doing:

● Support employees with employee-related administrative issues & queries such as salaries, contracts, pension, benefits, procedures and policies
● Ownership to ensure that all documentation related to the employee lifecycle is produced accurately and on time, including offer letters, employment contracts, contractual variations and offboarding/leaver letters
● Ownership of the inputting necessary for processing monthly payroll including salary adjustments, bonus, absence types, overtime and on call, contractual changes & employee details 
● Point of contact from an administrative perspective with external benefits and payroll providers
● Ensure leaves of absence are correctly recorded in the HRIS in line with current legislation and company policies
● Draft and update local admin-related company policies, People software (HRIS) and regulatory news
● Work with the Head of People Operations as required in order to ensure local payroll compliance and global consistency
● Complete ad hoc/general admin related tasks as required

What you'll have:

● Previous payroll inputting experience working with an outsourced payroll vendor
● Operational data/HRIS management experience
● Ability to deliver a professional approach at all times, ensuring confidentiality is maintained
● Strong communication skills, both spoken and written
● Demonstrable planning and organisational skills
● Project management experience being desirable
● High attention to detail with a strong emphasis on accuracy
● Ideally proficient in Google Suite applications
