The company is looking for an experienced Engineering Manager with strong technical expertise in software development, leadership, and a passion for functional programming and scalable architecture. The role involves leading a team in the Conversion Domain, focused on optimizing lead-to-customer conversion and enhancing the purchase experience across Italy, the UK, and Spain. The goal is to maximize conversion rates and customer purchase value, driving significant revenue growth. As a leader, you will use your technical and leadership skills to deliver innovative software solutions that improve the conversion funnel and overall customer experience.

You will be ultimately responsible for the overall technical quality and furthermore you will take care of the professional growth of all the engineers.
